Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland is known as one of the world’s leading pastry and culinary arts schools. With its campus in Le Bouveret, the school is located in the heart of Europe, surrounded by the culinary traditions of both Italy and France.

The programmes aim to develop students’ appreciation of the European art of cooking, while learning about modern trends. Both the pastry and culinary arts programmes combine practical subjects with management courses. The aim is for students to develop into future leaders in the kitchen.

The programmes also include paid international internships, where students have the opportunity to work in some of the world’s top restaurants and hotels.

The combination of theory, practical courses and work experience allows students to develop both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to become a successful international chef or pastry chef.

With small classes, 12 students in each group, our experienced teachers give each student the attention they need to develop in the kitchen. We offer international pastry and chef training with state-of-the-art facilities, in the heart of Europe.
